Dear Reader,

Here there is a second update about the project.

I attended the conference “The Winds of Change: ICSID in the geopolitical arena” hosted by the University of Vienna on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, where I had the opportunity to gather interesting insights about the current challenges of international investment law.

I gave my last lesson of my course in International Economic Law and I collected very positive feedback from the students.

Now I am entirely focused on researching for the project, mainly having regard to the possible collision between the phenomenon of reverse discrimination and the principle of equality as enshrined in EU law.

The next update will come at the end of April 2025.
