🎓 Excellent outcomes from today’s inspiring conference at the University of Vienna 🇦🇹 on “Investment Protection and Domestic Courts,” where I contributed a paper entitled “The National Investor Has No Say, While the International One Does: Divergent Treatment of Claimants before Domestic Courts and Investment Tribunals,” drawing on the findings of my RULIERD project.

The event offered a valuable platform for exchanging ideas, sharing insights, and engaging in meaningful discussions with researchers and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
