The communication activities of the MSCA project RULIERD are starting.

I am truly grateful to the organizers of the Conference on “Investment Protection and Domestic Courts” for selecting my contribution, “The National Investor has no say, while the International One does: The Divergent Treatments of Claimants before Domestic Courts and Investment Tribunals,” for presentation in the first panel.

I look forward to sharing my work and engaging in insightful discussions with colleagues and experts attending the conference.

More broadly, I find my time within the Viennese academic community to be extremely rewarding, fostering a continuous and fruitful exchange of ideas.
