This conference will explore the evolving legal and economic landscape of intra-EU investments, with a particular focus on the concept of mosaic monism and its potential to create a more balanced and coherent framework across Member States.

In addition, I will share practical guidance on how to design and write a successful project proposal for European funding, with particular reference to MSCA schemes—an opportunity that may be especially valuable for early-career researchers and applicants. The discussion will be especially relevant for those working or studying in EU law, international investment law, and economic policy—but all curious minds are very welcome.
